Here at Orthopaedic Hospital Medical Magnet High School, we are on Tongva and Chumash Land. We acknowledge the attempted genocide and forced removal of the indigenous peoples of the Americas and specifically in California, the missionization and attempted erasure of indigenous culture. We pay homage to the resilience of Native Americans, as they still exist and thrive in this country!
